There comes a moment when you realise that talking about your healing is no longer enough.

You’ve read the books, done the therapy, maybe even practised breathwork and meditation, yet your body still whispers stories that haven’t been fully released.

Return to Wholeness is a four-week experience designed to help you reconnect with the intelligence of your body and soften the survival patterns that have been running the show for too long.

This four week journey is not about doing more.

It’s about attuning.


It’s about remembering what it feels like to live from safety, not protection and survival. (You may never have felt this in your body or life before).

Through integrating Somatic EMDR, gentle nervous system regulation practices, breath and functional medicine insights, you’ll begin to align body, mind, and spirit in a way that feels deeply natural.

How your journey will flow:

Week 1

You begin with grounding and attunement, learning to listen to the body’s cues with curiosity instead of fear.

Weeks 2 & 3

Through Somatic EMDR and integrative practices, your system starts to release stored survival energy, restoring a sense of ease and flow.

Week 4

Integration and renewal. You create a sustainable rhythm that supports your nervous system, immune health, and emotional regulation long after the journey ends.

All sessions are held online in a safe and private space, with individual support every step of the way.
